This week I started my Indian cooking class. We made 4 dishes: Dal Fry (lentils), Aloo Gobi (potatoes and cauliflower), Jeera Rice (cumin seed), and Boondi Raita (cold yogurt sauce for rice).A sign of a good meal is a messy kitchen!
The class style was similar to what I imagine home ec would be like. There's 15 people in total and we separated into groups of five, split up the recipes, and got to work! My group is all young people so we had a good time. Cooking is a lot more fun when you have help from others!
