This weekend my parents are visiting! My mom and I went for bubble tea then took a nice late night swim while my dad watched a movie.
Do you have any nicknames for your mom? I have a multitude: momz, mam, mudder, momm, mum, mumzies, and I'm sure plenty more if I really thought about it.
That looks like a lot of fun Jill! I love the nicknames for your mom because I usually call my mom "motha" or "hey momma". Aren't moms the greatest!!! We have the greatest motha's!
I just call my mom, Ma. My brother has all kinds of weird names for her - Marge (not her name) Phyllis (again not her name)and Mimzi (again, not her name) Could it be he doesn't really know her name? :)
We had a great swim.....we finally had the pool to ourselves!! Maybe we can get your dad to join us in the pool tomorrow!!
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing more relaxing than a nice swim. It's so invigorating, too!
ReplyDeleteMy mum is "Mama" or "Mum" or just "Hey you, cook me dinner like you did when I was a kid!" That last one was just a joke. Not really.

ReplyDeleteSometimes I still call your Mom Marndog for some reason I dont' even remember where that came from. My Mom has always just been "Mom".
ReplyDeleteYou have to ask Geoff about Marndog.....
