The Tide is High

Yesterday we went to see the highest tides in the world!

Here is the view from up above.

To get to the bottom you walk down a bunch of stairs.

We went around 3pm when the tides were at mid-level. At high tide this entire place would be deep with water.

By the time we left an hour or two later you could really see a difference in the water level and get a feeling for just how quickly the tide moves.

It was really interesting. Muddy, but interesting!
