I have been victimized!
My identity has been stolen! Again! This has happened to me twice now in the last three months! The first time someone withdrew a lot of money using my debit card and this time, they used my credit card to purchase online gambling, 8 times! M's debit card info was also stolen in Europe when we were there a year and a half ago. Are we easy targets or something??
I don't quite understand how this is happening! I hardly use my debit card and when I do I always cover my pin up. My cards have never been stolen, but somehow people are obtaining my numbers from somewhere. I don't partake in any "risky" behaviour with buying things online and I only use secure sights.
These people are smart, because I don't think I'm doing anything wrong or out of the ordinary yet they are getting all my information! EEK!

That is scary!!! There are a lot of devious people out in this world of ours!!
ReplyDeleteI am always leary of using the internet to make purchases. Even sites that say are secure can be hacked. I think the telephone is still safe though, so I stick with that
